Due to the large size of the integrated shutter gate and general access gate, it was manufactured in three separate bodies and assembled on-site. Downlights provided by the client were installed in the ceiling of the general access gate at our factory before shipment. We manufactured and delivered a large gate that integrates two shutter gates and a service door in three sections. On the same day, we delivered and performed the connection work on-site. The ceiling of the service door is covered with natural wood from the Hinoki family (Cypress) over a waterproof base, and the supplied downlights have been installed. Although it is a large gate, the installation was completed in one day. Additionally, the downlights attached to the delivery box and the eaves of the shutter gate were installed in the factory before shipping. Downlights were installed in the shutter and arch sections at the factory, allowing for bright illumination at night, creating a different atmosphere around the gate compared to during the day. We would like to introduce a case where a shutter gate and a side gate were manufactured and delivered by FIT GATE as part of the renovation work around the entrance of a private residence in a certain location in Gifu Prefecture. Due to the height of the shutter gate, it was manufactured with a segmented structure, and as an option, rain gutters were installed on the back of the roof of both the shutter gate and the side gate to facilitate rainwater management. The eaves of the side gate are covered with wood-like siding, creating a design that connects with the residence.
